Nixi Killick had her runway debut in 2013 and since then she’s gone from strength to strength, with no less a cultural icon than Lady Gaga wearing her pieces in a recent campaign for her ARTRave tour.
Killick aims to establish a ‘global colour tribe through techno-optimistic Imagineering and vibrant artwork,’ from her base here in Melbourne and if this collection is anything to go by, she’s well on her way. Festival CEO Graeme Lewsy was sat front row which is a huge nod for a young designer showing off-site in an independent show.
