Wearing SOON Australia

Chic maternity outfit as seen on Lady Melbourne | www.ladymelbourne.com.au

Soon Maternity is a local label that still manages to manufacture some of their lines right here in Melbourne. Aside from that huge tick, when I recently met the owner and designer, Miso, she told me realised while pregnant, that there was a definite gap in the market for clothes that were fashionable and also able to be worn well beyond pregnancy.

Like this outfit for example. The fabric of the stretch-knit dress is heavy enough to hide all manner of lumps and bumps (ok, not all bumps!) and the jacket is cut with a long line to flatter a pregnant figure, but can also be worn, really, by anyone who likes a chic blazer. Both pieces are designed and cut to grow with your pregnancy, but also so that they can be worn by those not sporting a heavily pregnant bump. Genius!

Oh and did I mention comfortable?!
