Romance Was Born designer duo, Luke Sales and Anna Plunkett, named Liberace among their muses for their 10th anniversary collection, called ‘Whispering Angel’.
Fashionistas eagerly anticipate the invitation only show each year at fashion week, as it’s often hailed as the most exciting collection and parade due to the theatrical nature of production.
Carthona House in Darling Point, which was once upon a time a ladies boarding school, provided the backdrop for the parade. Think Tudor Gothic style house replete with tumbling vines and red roses, a perfect compliment to R.W.B’s eclectic eccentricity.
