OMG where to begin with this post. I’ve just spent the week at VAMFF hanging in the Priceline Beauty Bar which was really like a custom marquee with a glass roof for the beauty obsessed. Yep, that’s fairly accurate. There was even a vending machine with full size cosmetics for sale, most under $10.
In reality it was Priceline’s – the official beauty partner of the festival – hub at the festival to showcase the beauty offering they have in stores. There were 20 or so beauty advisers on hand to do your makeup, with everything available to buy in store at Priceline. So if like me you loved what they created, you could go out and buy it straight away. I think each time I attended the parades this week I spent a good 45 minutes at the bar getting my makeup done and given the chance would have happily hung out there for the whole night. It was just so, so good.
