Afternoon tea at my place…

ver the weekend I hosted afternoon tea with my lady friends to celebrate my newly decorated apartment. Having a gaggle of fashionable female playmates meant that the place was given a little extra styling attention courtesy of Marie from The Style Co.

Beautiful flowers, homemade honey joys and bottles of champagne were also proffered to make the afternoon so delightful it turned into a little party in the end. Joy!

Beautiful honey joys made by Khoa.Love.
Can you spot the massive passion-fruit sponge in the background? That was Mother Melbourne’s creation and suffice to say it’s all gone!

Maybe I served Chambord and Soda with lemon in teacups instead of tea….maybe…..

The effervescent Lois Lane

My new balcony which is almost finished. The little tins are from Ikea in case you are wondering, don’t you think they’re cute?

  17. Haha I can only imagine how much MORE fun you had when it turned into a party. I love high tea with girlfriends, in fact it is my ultimate favourite thing to do. Whilst back home on vacation in Australia, I do it as often as I can with my girlfriends. One of my pals has a lovely events company here in Brisbane that does them regularly for women in business at a gorgeous place in the Valley and they are a right ladies day out. I love them.

    Thanks for sharing Lady M.
