h how I love these shoes. My ankles however, do not. I can’t walk too far in them, and not because I can’t walk in heels, more because they throw me completely off balance. I may or may not have fallen off them at fashion week in Singapore earlier in the year. Ahem.
However, for the purpose of my photos they are kind of perfect. I have them on a shelf in my room where I can at least appreciate them longingly from afar each day.

Oh, Lady M, platform wedges can be such a nuisance, cant they! I share your embarrassment of falling off; I once faltered on cobblestones whilst wearing platform wedges in the middle of the top end of Little Collins Street, and fell over, into a dog-like position, in the middle of the road. Thankfully I was not injured, and burst into laughter, while my friend was yelling at me from the footpath to get off the street as cars were coming. Ahhh….wedges…. the fun times we have shared!
