RMIT Student Showcase at MSFW

All week during MSFW all anyone could talk about was the RMIT student showcase on Saturday night that was to cap off the week.
I thought it was kind of humorous and sad that the only parade people wanted to see was one put on by students(what does it say about our local industry?) but when you attend one of the shows I suppose you see why.

Free of commercial restraints the showcase is a liberating breath of fresh air showing the most imaginative clothes that most people have seen all week. Tilly Pearman did a nice little write up over at Melbourne Street Fashion if you feel like more of an insight.
