I’m pregnant!
Possibly the biggest (metaphorically and literally) announcement I’ve ever made on LM, at just about four months along, I thought it was time to share it with you all.
The first trimester has been a bit tricky for me, and it’s showed via my ability to make consistent blog content. I really felt I needed to devote time, adjust and be respectful to the rapid changes happening to my body. And then the belly popped out, so it’s sort of impossible to pretend I’ve just been getting stuck into the burgers 😉
Rest assured, I’m now feeling better, so regular Lady Melbourne updates should resume AND I’m working on a brand new platform, where I’ll be curating all things motherhood, lifestyle and fashion for your blog-loving pleasure. Stay tuned for an announcement on that one shortly!
So there you go folks, baby Melbourne is on the way!

Ha ha ha, I knew I had to say something when I went to the post office the other day and told the ladies who work there, and one of them said, ‘Oh such great news, I thought you’d just put on weight!’

I know right! Not sure how much longer I’ll last in them, but none the less I LOVE them!
Ha! Not sure how long I’ll be lasting in heels, but for now I’m doing ok! I should do an interview with you on vintage maternity clothes, just looking at my mums photos I can see how much the times have changed.
Good news – it hasn’t been pretty so far!! I keep hearing it gets easier and once the baby arrives it’s a whole new ball game.
