Having travelled half way around the world however from a city where you can literally have four seasons in a day, there has been an adjustment period while I'm here. I walk past here quite a bit in the East Village. It’s my dream street full of the prettiest stoops and apartment buildings.

You should most definitely consider a visit to The High Line while in New York, if for no other reason than because of the historical significance of the area to the city, and because of what it has become.
