Melbourne has some lovely unexpected spaces in the CBD – green patches, flower beds and water fountains for example. I happened upon this little urban forest on Swanston St near the junction of two busy roads, complete with bike lanes and tram tracks.
It’s a lovely oasis amid the harsh concrete and steel, don’t you think?
